Whether she likes it or not Kerry is an integral member of “Team B”. She has caused us and our extended family distress & pain for over fifteen years but we have become addicted to her and her “Tough Love” through several life stages. We have all fed shamelessly off her commitment, positivity and staying-power for years. Her knowledge of all aspects of PT: technique, motivation and physiology has never been lacking. I have worked with Kerry for over two years now and our fortnightly sessions have really helped improve the quality of my life. Following a knee replacement , a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis plus significant problems in my legs with my balance and coordination, all before my 65th birthday the future wasn’t looking too bright for me. Kerry is so thoughtful and creative in coming up with exercises specifically for me which really help my mobility and balance without leaving me exhausted. I have no idea how I can’t do some movements at the start of our session but after going through the programme with her, then I can!!!
